The track is a super cross based track which was built for training purposes. The track is about 1/2 a Kilometre in length and contains a few jumps and table tops. Excellent for practising your skills and working on techniques.
This is a weather dependant activity although cancellations are rare. Please call before you leave if weather conditions are bad.
Spectators are welcome to come along and watch, however there are very limited facilities.
Please dress suitably for the time of year with jeans and a long sleeved top. All protective equipment will be supplied during Saturday training sessions, you are welcome to bring any bike gear you may already have.
All instructors are ACU (Auto-Cycle Union) qualified coaches. Please bring refreshments with you, as none are available on site.
